Horrible follow up and customer service for 2015
Last year I had an issue and their technical support people was very friendly and helped me out to fix the issue effectively. This year, the SUPERVISOR even tho she said there was X option, she still said “I can’t help you with that, you need to do all of your taxes all over” after she and her representative made me lost one hour and 15 minutes of just “checking” stuff in their end. This was the second call and the first one was even worse, I don’t know if you changed customer service personnel or company providing you with the customer service, but this new face of TurboTax is HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend you to anyone. I had to end up paying extra $55 dlls that I DIDN’T need to spend just because of your softwares bugs and horrendous customer service, never again working with you after 3 years of using your company. I’m making sure everyone else I know ears about my experience so they don’t waste their time and money with your services. VERY disappointed
